What kind of questions can I ask?

How long is each session?

Every consultation you book will automatically get double duration. A 15-minute booking will be extended to 30 minutes, and a 30-minute booking will be extended to 60 minutes. In this way, we have sufficient time for in-depth and unhurried communication.

What is the refund policy?

1. As long as you cancel before the consultation officially starts, you may apply for a full refund no matter how far in advance you cancel. If you are unable to attend at the last minute, you may also request one free rescheduling.

2. Once the consultation has officially started, or if you miss your appointment without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

3. If we are unable to provide the agreed consultation service normally due to our own reasons, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Will there be a language barrier?

No. I use professional translation tools to communicate clearly with you. All Eastern-related concepts will be explained in simple, understandable language. Translation service is completely free — no extra charge.

Can I reschedule?

Yes. If you need to reschedule, please contact me before your booked consultation time begins, and we can arrange a new time that works for both of us.

Is this an AI chatbot?

No. Every reply is a thoughtful, personalized answer — not a pre-written template, nor AI-generated content. I am a person with years of study and experience in Eastern wisdom.

Is my consultation private?

Absolutely. Confidentiality is my highest principle. All conversations take place entirely within this secure website. I will never disclose your personal information or consultation content to anyone or any third party. You may delete your own chat history at any time.

How do I prepare for my consultation?

Just bring your questions and an open mind. Find a quiet and comfortable place where you can think and type without distractions. No other preparations are required.

What if I still have questions after the consultation?

Are the guidance given in consultations absolute and unchanging?

If you still have questions or new confusions after the consultation ends, you are welcome to book another session at any time. Within each session, I will do my best to work through issues thoroughly, helping you clarify your thinking and resolve doubts to the greatest extent possible.
