A note before you read
Hello. These are not cold, rigid legal rules — they are an honest agreement between us.
Eastern culture values sincerity and mutual respect. I want to make all rules, boundaries and promises clear before our consultation begins. This is my responsibility to you, and my respect for the trust you place in me. All these terms exist only to let you have a smooth, reassuring consultation and gain truly valuable reference and companionship.
I. Refund and Booking Policy
1. Full refund available anytime before service starts
If you wish to cancel your booking for any reason before the consultation officially starts (before I send my first reply), you can apply for a 100% full refund at any time.
Refund requests will be processed within 3-5 working days, and the funds will be returned to your original PayPal account.
If you only want to change your consultation time instead of canceling, you can contact me directly to reschedule for free, no need to refund and rebook. I will arrange a suitable time slot for you.
2. No refund once service has started
Every consultation is time and energy I reserve exclusively for you, a personalized service tailored to your individual situation. Once it begins, this time and effort cannot be recovered or resold to others.
Therefore, once the consultation officially starts, all services are final and non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding — this is also a fair guarantee for every client who books a time slot.
3. No-show policy: mutual respect for time
In traditional Chinese culture, punctuality is the most basic form of respect for others. Every consultation time slot is exclusive time I set aside and prepare for in advance, just for you.
If you cannot attend your scheduled consultation, please contact me via the site message system at least 24 hours in advance. I can reschedule your appointment once for free, or issue a full refund.
If you fail to attend your scheduled consultation without prior notice, the booked time slot will be deemed used and no refund will be available. Thank you for your understanding and consideration.
4. How to submit requests
All refund and rescheduling requests must be submitted through the in-site message system. I will handle your request as soon as possible.
II. Service Delivery and Agreement
1. How the service is delivered
All consultation services are conducted exclusively through the secure text chat system built into this site. Booking, ordering and communication are all completed in one stop on the site, no redirects to any third-party platforms, and no extra software to download. Everything stays on-site with end-to-end encryption, for better protection of your privacy.
All consultation replies are written 100% manually by me personally. No assistants answer on my behalf, no AI-generated content is used, and there are no pre-made templates. Every reply is the result of careful thought based on your situation.
2. Language and translation
My native language is Chinese. The entire consultation takes place in the built-in chat tool on this site, with booking, ordering and communication all completed in one stop without redirecting to any third-party platforms. I use professional translation tools to assist with expression during communication. Due to the limitations of translation tools, there may occasionally be minor wording deviations or typos. Thank you for your understanding. Translation assistance is provided at no extra cost.
3. Payment information
Payment services on this website are processed securely by PayPal. All transactions are settled in US Dollars. All refunds will be returned to your original PayPal account via the original payment path.
4. Intellectual property agreement
Every consultation content is sorted and written individually for your situation, based on years of practical experience. The copyright of the content belongs to me.
You may use the content for personal reference and collection only. Please do not record, screenshot, copy, distribute, resell or use it for any commercial purpose. Thank you for your understanding and respect.
5. Communication guidelines
A consultation is an honest exchange, and I hope we both treat each other with respect and kindness.
Please do not send any unlawful, harassing, abusive, fraudulent or offensive content during the consultation. If such a situation occurs, I have the right to terminate the consultation immediately with no refund.
6. Service eligibility
This service is only available to users outside mainland China who are at least 18 years old. If you do not meet the above conditions, please do not purchase or use the service. -
III. Important Disclaimer
A note before this section: I have always believed that each person is the master of their own life. What I do is provide you with a new perspective and a way of sorting things out, based on the wisdom of traditional Eastern culture. It is never a standard answer, and never a fixed fate.
1. All content and consultation services on this website are based on traditional Chinese cultural philosophy and life aesthetics, for educational, reference and entertainment purposes only. I do not provide any supernatural services, fortune-telling, divination, exorcism or fate-changing services. I make no express or implied guarantees about the absolute accuracy or completeness of the information provided.
2. Consultation content is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. If you are facing serious health problems, psychological crisis, legal disputes or financial issues, please be sure to consult a qualified licensed professional in the corresponding field.
3. You are fully responsible for all choices, decisions and actions you make based on the consultation content. I do not guarantee your life choices, nor am I responsible for the results of your decisions. Under no circumstances shall the maximum liability for a single service exceed the amount you actually paid for that service.
4. This service is only available to persons aged 18 and over in jurisdictions where such services are permitted by law.
IV. Privacy Policy and Legal Terms
1. Information I collect
I have always believed that everyone who comes for consultation carries their own story, and privacy is the most important thing to protect.
I only collect information necessary to complete the service: including your email address, booking information, and personal information you voluntarily provide for the consultation.
All payment processes are handled by a secure third-party payment platform. I do not store your full payment account details.
2. About cookies
This site only uses cookies necessary for the normal operation of the website. They are not used to track your browsing behavior, nor for commercial advertising. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, but this may affect the normal use of some site features.
3. Your consultation content is strictly protected
All chat messages and consultation content will be permanently and irrecoverably deleted from the system immediately after the consultation is completed.
No copies of your chat content are kept on my servers. Your story stays only in the moment of the consultation.
4. Data retention
For the sole purpose of fulfilling legal obligations and resolving potential payment disputes, I may retain a minimal amount of transaction records for a period of 6 months from the date of payment.
These records only include:
- Transaction ID and payment amount
- Consultation start and end time
- Confirmation of service completion
These records do not contain any actual chat content, are stored in encrypted format, and will be automatically and permanently deleted after 6 months.
I will not share, sell or disclose your personal information to any third party, except as required by law.
5. Your data rights
You may apply to view, correct or delete your personal data held by me at any time through the site message system. I will respond to and process your request promptly.
6. Legal terms
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration in Beijing in accordance with its then-effective arbitration rules. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
7. Other provisions
- I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for reasonable reasons, and to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on the website, and continued use of the service after publication means you agree to the updated terms.
- If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- These terms constitute the complete agreement between you and me regarding the service, and supersede all prior oral or written agreements.
